CSS

Performance

Would quite like to find some decent info about CSS performance in the browser.

I remember hearing little bits about this ages ago, but perormance is so multivariable that all of it could change at any time.

Occasionally I do see little slowdowns with certain kinds of effects and layering, transparencies etc.

If there are any really broadly applicable guidelines out there though would be interested.
